Hi folks My name is Don, I'm a senior car nut from listening to radio in my Dads 39 Olds. to cruisin around in my 87 Toronado or my 79 Versailles (the Olds is for sale the Lincoln isn't) Anyway hi all from B.C. Canada

The rain is almost like a Chinese water torture but you get some real good spring and summer. On occasion I go up to Cumberland. Hugh.

welcome Don, always nice to hear from are Nothern friends, sounds like couple nice rides you got. is the olds automatic? when I was yound boy, in 50s my first boss had olds like that let me drive it to pick up things I thought that was wild that auto transmission, I pick up girls and my rt. arm was free to throw around there neck. thats another story, anothern time. Yes the Olds is auto horseshoe shift ,this is a real luxury sport coupe,too bad it has to go I can only drive 1 back to Ont.The Lincoln is the one that will be on the trip....The only autos around when I was young were Chrysler fluid drive then later Chev Power Glide.Both were very slow to shift so none of the young guys wanted them. Don
