So after replacing just about every single bit of loose steering components, including the rag joint, I still have sloppy steering!
So when I went to the garage to get her an alignment, the mechanic discovered that my Pitman arm is worn out. Worn out to the point that I can turn my steering wheel about 3" left or right without it engaging.
So my question is: Where can I find a '76 Ford Granada Pitman arm for power steering?

Question - did the mechanic check the steering gear for proper adjustment or excessive wear?
You may need to pull the steering gearbox and redo it.

We checked the whole steering assembly together and the steering box is quite tight - response wise. There is excessive play between the Pitman arm and the bolt that is directly attached to the rest of the steering assembly.

Is it the Pitman Arm or Idler Arm?
I didn't think the Pitman Arms gave trouble. UAP & Carquest have Granada Idler Arms
MOOG K8245 TRW 18793
UAP $109 Carquest $125
I haven't got new ones - only used ones.

Jeff, how much would you sell me the Pitman arms that you currently have?
