Would anyone know where one could get mirrors that look like Eleanor styled mirrors? Don't much mind if they're meant for industrial use or not, just that style and function.

Or does anyone know of what year Mustang mirrors would be suitable for a Granada?

Or does anyone know of what year Mustang mirrors would be suitable for a Granada? Are you looking for chrome non remote, remote or body colour sport mirrors? Makes a difference depending on what look you are going for.

Since the Mustang used very similar mirrors to those used on Granada, why not look at the OEM mirror options? Sport mirrors like the Mustang's were optional on Granada and standard equipment on the Sports Coupe and S models. Look at www.lincolnversailles.com/Granada/sisters.htm -- the brochures for all years of Granada/Monarch are there. See the factory options. The trick with adapting a Mustang sport mirror is the angle of the base may not match the Granada setup so the mirror would sit at a weird angle on the car.

Hey guys! Jeff, Well the Eleanor mirror made by Mustangs Plus costs 140$ each and looks like this My other options are the Shelby "bullet" mirrors, namely the Talbot and Rotunda style. The thing is that I'd like to paint them and a chromed finish isn't necessary for me. Gary, Sport mirrors would be the absolute best to fulfill my needs. Like you've stated, I'm very unsure about the angle and would hate to end up with funny looking mirrors. I could always modify the door panels, but would rather not have too. I was thinking about purchasing some auxiliary off road style headlights such as these and modifying them to accept mirrors. Problem is that I can't find these in 3.5" to 4" diameter, only in 5".

The factory sport mirrors turn up on eBay fairly often. We've had members offer sets for sale too. Why not look into it? My '77 SC has them, born with them.

So I came across some sport mirrors and one of them has busted mirror glass. Where could I come across some replacements? Also, where could I find some gaskets for it?

To all, Dorman makes replacement mirror glass as well. The part number for the sport mirrors are 51028 for the LH and 51040 for the RH.

I have the thin basic chrome mirror on my drivers side. Did they offer a matching mirror for the passenger side?

Tim-
For mirror- Check out E=B ay item # 380330809016- and 120538799403.
On that model mirror, I believe they can be right or left mounted, the arm and ball are perpendicular to the base.
Good luck, Ralph
