I don't any sources on the window sweeper rubbers. They are model specific and would not interchange with Maverick Comet as far as I am aware. They are more than rubber and ahve a steel edge and they attach with a series of Phillips Screws. I'll be around my parts cars on the weekend and I'll see if there are any that are salvageable.

BTW Ralph - I'm going to look for those rear door rubbers this Sunday for you off my '76 Granada parts car. If they are not broken or baked, I'll remove them.

Glad I mentioned it then - I have to remember not to drop the RF door on my foot. I used the hinges on my car and the door is just "stuck" on the car. ;D

You may be stuck unless you find a decent car that is being parted out. I'll have to look at my parts cars but I imagine that none of them are any good.

What about for the 4-dr. crowd? Will the same channel work with all 4 doors?

What about for the 4-dr. crowd? Will the same channel work with all 4 doors? Yes - the door channel is the same regardless of number of doors. It comes bulk so you just have to cut the length to fit. When I replaced it on the LH door years ago I put more in than FORD did.

IVE HAD NO LUCK FINDING WINDOW CHANNEL WEATHERSTRIP FOR MY 82 GRANADA WAGON. IT IS FOUR DOOR AND FRONT DOORS HAVE THE WING WINDOWS AND REQUIRE PREMOLDED CHANNELS. IF ANYONE CAN HELP I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.
