Dumped a can of Sea Foam in the gas tank of my 133K mile '02 Explorer last night. So far I can say it hasn't done any harm, I mainly ran it as an injector cleaner. Talking to the guy at the parts store, he's used it in the crankcase and thinks well of it.
I may put 1/2 can in the crankcase when I'm getting close to the next oil change.
