Hi all, I'm going to have my Granada repainted when funds permit and my hood letters have seen better days. Just wondering where I could get a brand new hood letter set of the same size (other than ebay)?

Green's, McDonald's or Miller's in that listing all sell NOS parts. The FORD letters are shared on other models dating back to '73. The part numbers are, as follows:
F: D3AZ-16606-A O: D3AZ-16606-B R: D3AZ-16606-C D: D3AZ-16606-D

Green Sales listed at least one of the letters when I plugged in the part number on their website. (leave out the hyphens when you try it) greensalescompany.com/GreenSalesInventory.aspGreen's, McDonald's or Miller's in that listing all sell NOS parts. They aren't that bad, really. They also know the parts for these cars and they're helpful on the phone. I am still not understanding the reluctance to source parts on eBay. There are a lot of guys on there who get hold of large batches of obsolete NOS parts from old dealerships and make some hobby money selling the stuff on eBay. Same way that Green Sales, etc get their stuff - they just have a big facility, more overhead and have to charge you more to cover expenses. Warranty is a non-issue. More often than not you're talking about $10, $20 parts. Nobody will put a warranty on NOS parts anyway - you're lucky just to find them. And on new items, in a lot of cases you will find major companies selling on eBay as well. Kodak is one - full warranty. Sears - order your Craftsman tools on eBay, same warranty applies as if sold in the store. I bought a Lexmark printer on eBay - from Lexmark directly. Example. Couple of months ago, Henrik bought a NOS turn signal/wiper switch lever from a guy on eBay. The guy was in Houston. Henrik was on his way to Houston so he met the guy and picked it up in person. Turns out the guy has a large quantity of those switch/levers - bulk packaged by Ford. All NOS, all original Ford. Green doesn't have these things. Try a dealer, they'll just look at you funny. But they're listed right now on eBay. If you don't have a spare, you'll need it. They break. i was going to mention green and mcdonalds, but i figured they would be very pricy....
