You should contact Lincoln Land. They should be able to order a set of reproduction weatherstripping. I did this for my car many years back through another Lincoln supplier who has since retired. I had to do some trimming on the front door rubber so it would not rub against the B-pillar when opening and closing the door. (Maybe the manufacture has resolved this now.) Also, make sure you coat them in baby powder to lessen the stickiness. The new rubber actually pulled some paint off the door jam areas on my car. Since your car is a '79, you can't use Granada/Monarch rubber on the back doors, but you can for the front doors if you find that.
