Just picked up a 76 Monarch with 7300 original miles. Can't wait to get it here. Bought it by phone bid at an auction in North Carolina. I'll post some pic's when I get it.

Hello there RCODE- Thank you for joining the forum. Over the last while this site has not been a buzz of activity.. Doesn't mean it's not looked at and read; just very few have something to say, and that's understandable. There are fewer and fewer Monarchs, Granadas and Versailles all the time.;and fewer and fewer owners. Many of us though love our GMV vehicles , and it is nice to share our experiences.
Congratulations on landing a low mileage '76 Monarch Ghia., is it actually seven thousand miles and not seventy; either way, it's low miles but at 7k miles, it must be just like new.
Very much looking forward to seeing pics of it.
I noticed on your other post that you are looking for "correct" AM/FM radio for this 76 Ghia.
Not to sound pushy or forw ard, let me just say that I have been collecting GMV parts, either NOS or prime quality, for several years.. In my treasure cupboard, I do have several radios, authentic Ford or RCA Japan , commissioned by Ford.
If you wish, send me a message at "ralfann@rogers.com " with your own e-mail address and I'll tell you what I have for sale.- No obligation whatsoever. Other parts I have are primarilay cosmetic.. I don't have drive train or sheet metal body parts, but lights, bezels, etc.
Parts are getting harder to find, and really no reproduction parts available.
Cheers, Ralph
