you canadian guys might have seen this, but has anyone here ever seen the older episodes of the Red Green show? the ones were he puts the gulwing doors on the 78-80 granada 4door? there was also one were he changes a headlight in the same car and its such a hack job (typical red green) that he puts in a round headlight in the car... i get to see this on pbs... but both these segments are on his greatest hits... i will watch my copy again to be sure...

Yeah - I've never seen the gullwing doors one, but the headlight one is a scream!
I went to a live taping of the Red Green Show in 1995 in Hamilton, ON at CHEX-TV. I met him (Steve Smith) in person as well as the crazy guy who flew the airplane.
It's one of the few Canadian shows that has a US following, even if only through PBS.
I also have a Red Green T-shirt with the logo "if the women don't find you handsome, atleast they will find you handy!"

We used to get Red Green on friday nights here in Springfield, MO. They decided some cooking show was better. I think it might still be on latenight. Sorry to say I never saw those episodes but found the show entertaining all the same. BTW, I dont know about Canadian trends but the " lambo" style hinges are all the rage here. Not sure how it would work on our heavy doors. But have seen several on imports lately. Thanks for the lead on some gmv film entertainment.
